Good Morning Beautiful,
God hears our cries. He desires for us to come to Him in time of trouble so He can be our Provider, Healer, Waymaker, and a Strong Tower. The one thing that I love about God is that He doesn’t shame me for my “ugly cry” ( you know, the cry where snot and tears are running everywhere).
I can be a complete and total mess in front of God, and He still draws me closer to Him. He wants that for you too. Today, I’m claiming that God is my comforter and my Strong Tower; if anything or anyone is going to hold me up, God is. I’m not perfect, and neither are you, but God loves us, and He wants to see our mess. How else is He supposed to transform us?
I don’t know about you, but It’s time that we stop hiding and being ashamed because guess what, struggles, and pain are real. I get that it may be an inconvenience to a lot of people but not to God. Don’t let this world shame you from crying or being upset. Wherever you are, go to God with your tears this morning. He’s inviting you to dwell in the secret place with Him.
