The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
Psalms 27:1
Good Morning Beautiful,
I hope all are doing well this morning. Remember that God is in control, and whatever circumstances that are going on around you, know that God will deliver you and set you free (it starts when you believe). The God that we serve will carry us through the valley, and He will see us to the mountain top. We have to be willing to trust in His guidance. Knowing that He will not forsake us, nor will He allow us to fall. Remember that God is the light as He is the way.
I love this morning’s scripture because we all deal with fear. Whether it’s fear of not knowing what will happen next or that things won’t change, It could be the fear that we won’t be overcomers and that sin will rule our lives because it feels as though there is no way out. Today’s scripture tells us that we don’t have to be afraid because of the God that we serve. God is our light, and He is our salvation. He is also our strength when we are weak (do you believe? I hope you do).
Knowing the powers of God brings comfort during the storms. God’s Word is here to guide us and set us on the path that He has for us, “Teach me Your Way, O Lord, and lead Me in a plain path, because of my enemies” (Psalms 27:11). God is our light in the time of darkness, and if we allow Him to lead, He will lead us correctly.
Trust in God because the stories that are written by God are continuing to transform our lives. God is still working on us, and he is devoted to seeing everything through ” Casting all your care upon Him; for He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7). He cares for you is God saying that you are His concern. This world will turn it’s back on you, but God never will.
Let Him be your light during the storm!
