The Shifting of our Focus

But by shifting our focus from what we do to what God does, don’t we cancel out all our careful keeping of the rules and ways God commanded? Not at all. What happens, in fact, is that by putting that entire way of life in its proper place, we confirm it

Romans 3:31 MSG

Good Morning Beautiful,

The word that I have for you today is “Focus.” to be focused, you have to pay attention, but first, you have to know what has your attention. What has your attention this morning? God is asking you to shift your focus towards Him; This will require you to give up your thoughts, plan, and idea of how things will happen.

God is not asking you to give up or lose hope, but we have to understand that God is the Arthur and the Finisher of our faith (see Hebrews 12:2). He wants to lead us, but He can’t if we are not willing to let Him be Lord over our lives, which means that God has to have the freedom to work and move. When we rely on our ways, we are putting God in a box; restricting Him to do what is right in our lives.

God doesn’t want to live in a box; Neither does He wants that for us. By shifting our focus towards God, we are releasing the power of freedom. With that freedom, God wants to move you into your blessing or allow you to overcome your circumstances. God wants to confirm the Words He has spoken over your life. Let Him in and let Him be in control and see the night and day difference that will transpire in your life.
