And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Ecclesiastes 4:12 KJV
Good Morning Beautiful,
God is strength, and He is power. God alone can Fight every battle for us, and He will win! Don’t ever fret because God is our Strong tower when we are weak. God knows and understands the struggles of everyday life, which is why He values having a community. A community that will stand together as the battles are being fought. God wants us to stand in the gap for each other, banding together and to go into prayer for one another.
God sees the importance of numbers as when Jesus was here on the earth; He walked with 12 disciples. Each one with accountability for the other. God values relationships, whether that’s in the form of friendships or marriages. God doesn’t want to see us alone. He prefers numbers to safeguard us from the enemy’s attack. The enemy enjoys loneliness and separation. He wants us to feel that we don’t need anyone but ourselves, but that is the total opposite of God’s wishes for our lives. God says in His Word that, “Look at it this way. If someone has a hundred sheep and one of them wanders off, doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine and go after the one? And if he finds it, doesn’t he make far more over it than over the ninety-nine who stay put? Your Father in heaven feels the same way. He doesn’t want to lose even one of these simple believers” ( Matthew 18:12-14 MSG).
God doesn’t want us off by ourselves because He knows the hardships and the difficulties when we stray off alone. God cares for every one of His sheep, and He will fight till the ends of this earth to bring you back. Understand that loneliness is not of God. God wants you to be an overcomer, and He wants you to stand in numbers, not fighting these battles alone.
Be encouraged today, knowing that we are almost to the weekend! Stay strong and carry on for you only have a few more days in your workweek. I hope that by now, you can look back and see the hands of God as He has carried you day by day. He has never left your side, no matter how dark it may have gotten or how difficult and stressful your days have been. God is by your side, and He will remain there.
Find your sense of community and build on those relationships. God wants to see all of you blessed and walking in His glory. God loves you, and He wants you to be here–Always!
