A Letter to My Readers

Dear reader,

I have a confession to make. I know that God says obedience is better than sacrifice, but if I’m being honest, it is sometimes easier said than done. There have been moments when I know in my heart of hearts God has called me to start this blog to reach other women through my ministry. I do not like being front and center, and I overthink too much to be consistent. However, God’s pull has shown to be much stronger than my resistance or, shall I say, excuses.

Before you continue reading, whether you’ve been here before or maybe you are new, I want to say that I am sorry for not always being obedient to God. I hope you can forgive me! Together, I want to create a safe community where new friendships can be built, and we can grow and fall in love with God together!

I know you don’t know me well, but I want to be honest with you today. I consider myself a “seeker.” I’m not particularly eager to take things at face value, but I love searching deeper for the answer. I want to know God not through religion or others’ convictions, but I want to know Him through His word. Waiting is hard enough, and I don’t want comfort without growth, nor do I want shame for being vulnerable. I want JESUS! So, if you can relate, this is the right place for you!

Bulletproof Luv is for any who are simply looking and waiting. But most importantly, you want to seek God’s word for the answers that will help you walk this path called life. Matthews 7:7 says, ” Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.” So here it is in big, bold letters. God is allowing us to search him for anything our hearts desire.

The Bible is a web of knowledge waiting for you. Come and learn all there is to know about God. I promise you won’t leave empty-handed.

I also want to let you know that something special is coming next year that I am excited to share with you all. It’s still a work in progress, but updates will be posted on my website, social media sites, and email subscription list.
